New Wine Shop & Event Space

The creation of a new steel framed structure, including allowance for partial filling of an existing pond.

Sheet piling to the pond and site levelling were key components to ensure good accessibility, and reduce the requirements for retaining walls and wasted undercroft space.

The substructure comprised a fully piled foundation system and in-situ suspended floor.
