NEW DWELLINGS, HILLGROVE HOUSE, WOODCHESTER

PROJECT OVERVIEW

EXTENSION AND EXTENDED TERRACE

The existing rear terrace was small and cramped, with undulating levels and no connection to the main house.

The new extension was designed to enable a flow between the inside and outside spaces, ideal for opening up in Summer, yet ensuring a snug feel in colder months.

TRIPLE ASPECT EXTENSION WITH FULL LENGTH TERRACE

The principle was to use the views to the rear and sides, and ensure that the terrace allowed full access along the back of the house.

The extended roof canopy helped shade the extension, whilst ensuring maximum light and visuals.

The new terrace has helped make the whole garden part of the property, maximising entertainment and relaxation space.
